Located inside an office building, a little bit tricky to find. Plenty of parking. Nice building. Office staff are helpful and friendly. The classrooms are comfortable and nice. I appreciate the coffee, water, and snacks. They made the whole experience really easy and productive. The class was enjoyable, I learned a lot. The time seemed to go by so fast. The instructors were encouraging and knowledgeable. I came here for my NRP. I plan to do all my future certifications here just for the quality of teaching alone. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Edited 2/21/23: To preface this review; Surefire CPR has since approached me to reconcile their policy with my unique situation. Their efforts alone have been more than enough to restore my confidence in them, which is why I have amended this review.
They always were able to fully articulate not only the basics of First Aid and CPR, but also the organic nature of the practices behind the training. This was why I continued to update my bi-annual certification with them until 2020.
I did have, initially, a less-than-positive interaction with their customer service, but this was a policy problem, not personnel. This has since been rectified for me and, hopefully, for future customers as well.
I just did my renewal class for work. And my Instructor was Jacob. It was a great class to attend because he had so much experience and truly cared if we knew the information 10 out of 10 would recommend using sure fire again!
I got my BLS, Hospital Fire Safety Cert. and just did my ACLS here! The instructors are all awesome! Shout out to Brandon Graham. It was my first time ever taking an ACLS course and I was so nervous but he made my experience positive and non-stressful. I learned so much during his training. Will definitely be back for my PALS.
This is my second time renewal my BLS here. Both experience were wonderful. My most recent was with instructor Samantha, she’s so awesome and kind and her knowledge is beyond. Highly recommend this place!
I’ve completed classes here including BLS, ECG and Pharmacology, ACLS, PALS, Hospital Fire & Safety, MAB (online) and recertifications as well. On site, the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and explain arrhythmias and interventions in a way that clicks. The classes are efficient and hands on in an intimate setting of typically just a dozen people or less. Definitely my first choice if recerts aren’t provided directly by my employer. Facility is clean, always plenty of parking, and centrally located next to Angel Stadium. Highly, highly recommend SureFire CPR.
